About the heat.

Our infrared panels warm your body directly — it's not a wall of hot air when you walk in. The studio stays between 85–100° depending on the class. It feels intense but manageable. Your body adjusts fast.

Not sure which temperature to start with? Hot HIIT runs the coolest at 85–90°. Try that first.
